All three levels meet in the Pillsbury Music Center on Wednesday mornings. The bands perform their winter and spring concerts on the William Jewell campus in Gano Chapel.

Starting in fall of 2026 in conjunction with RISE Academy homeschool co-op, there will be a beginning level band on Wednesday afternoons during 3rd Block. This group meets at the Liberty Church of Christ.
