Park in the commuter lot next to the football field. Enter the back basement door of the Pillsbury Music building using the walkway directly across the street from the football press box.

Early Registration Deadline is Today!

Thanks to those who have already submitted payment for Fall 2021. For those of you who still wanted to receive $10 off of fall tuition, don't forget that today is the deadline. You can still receive the discount by submitting payment through Venmo @HSBKC. If you miss the deadline, regular tuition is $150, and new student registration fees are $30. 

Early Registration for Fall 2021 is now open!

Registration for our 2021-2022 season is now open. There is a $10 per student Early Bird discount for those who pay all fees and first semester tuition by July 1st. Contact us for details!

WOOHOO! A LIVE PERFORMANCE!!!

Here is a reminder for the new performances times for our May 7 performance at the Rush Creek Campus of Liberty United Methodist Church.

Beginning Band 6:00 PM 

Cadet Band 7:00 PM

Concert Band 8:00 PM

This will allow us to have an audience for each group. Have your student arrive 30 minutes prior to their performance time. The audience may enter 10 minutes prior to the performance. Masks are required while in the building. Please observe all social distancing requirements and sit in family groups. 

NEW REHEARSAL LOCATION for Spring 2021!

I am happy to report that we have found a new rehearsal space that will allow us to meet together this semester! Thank you to those at Claycomo Baptist Church!

Second semester will begin January 20. Class times will remain the same. 

9:00-9:45 Concert Band

10:00-10:45 Beginning Band

11:00-11:45 Cadet Band

Our new location is near the intersection of I-435 and I-35.

Enter the back parking lot where the sign indicates the location of the church office. There is a free standing building that holds the Fellowship Hall--this is our rehearsal location. Students will enter the north side entrance and exit the south to help with traffic flow and limit exposure. Both the entrance and exit are accessible from the same parking lot. There is no waiting area for students.  It is one large open area. Please have your students wait in the car until their scheduled class time (or the previous class exits). 

Your student MUST HAVE A SIGNED COVID-19 LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE IN REHEARSAL. I cannot allow a student to stay for rehearsal if they do not have a signed waiver. I have attached the form for you to fill out. This is required by our rehearsal location. Check your email for a copy of the waiver.
